Return Process

  Log into your Jolla Shop account and navigate to your order history to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the electronic device in its original box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the device, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
